- Commercial Project Manager / World Project Controller for Wind Power projects in Asia Pacific Region

What are my responsibilities?
- For our APAC team in Shanghai we are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager
(CPM) who will be responsible for the management of international Wind Power projects. While you are
going to be located in Shanghai, you are simultaneously acting as World Project Controller and resuming overall responsibility for the sucessfull set up, continuos execution and final handover of Wind Power Projects througout the Asian Pacific Region.
- You will manage the contractual parties within Siemens Wind Power (Interfacing with European Headquarter and regional unit in the country of project realization), guide the respective commercial counterparts and align all relevant commercial aspects.
- Activities will cover the full range of commercial project management tasks during execution
and sales. Project types vary from TSA) to EPC.
More specifically, your assignments will cover:
- Performing order income calculation, concurrent calculation and project controlling in the respective
systems (e.g. SAP)
- Providing reports with business key data
- Ensuring compliance of commercial order management with internal and external regulations
- Reporting and planning of sales and cost transfers as well as of order income and backlog
- Guiding technical partners of the Business Unit in commercial matters
- Supporting in insurance cases with documentation and calculation of replacement costs
- Coordinating and supporting communication with all relevant interfaces in Denmark and Regional
- Units in order to ensure a proper alignment and communication flow.
- Supporting APAC Business Controlling in all financing and controlling related matters

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You have a strong commercial background and minimum 4 years of professional experience with
financial execution of international projects as well as central controlling in a multi-national environment.
- You will find a dediacted, young team of professionals from many nations, who love to work and manage international projects within a demanding environment. We are used to help each other, understand the fast pace in Wind Power business and respect the cultural challenges to deliver result across continents.
- You have gained your work experience from the Energy Sector (Component and/or turnkey business),Industry
- Sector or Infrastructure and cities sector. You are familiar with production, sales and purchasing processes as well as with accounting principles like US GAAP, IFRS, and revenue consolidation between affiliated companies. You are
- result-oriented
- a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills
- a person with excellent networking skills
- able to work independently.
- Finally, you possess advanced English skills and you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and
familiar with SAP.
