-The Supplier Quality Engineer will monitor and audit the supplier manufacturing process: raw material preparation, machining, fabrication, heat treatment, casting, forging, assembly and site erection etc., and support supplier to deliver the products according to relevant standard; improve the quality performance at supplier side through successfully project implementation with high quality. Monitoring supplier manufacturing schedule on time. Take intermediate and final inspection on supplier side to make sure that supplier can meet Siemens requests.

What are my responsibilities?
-Take potential supplier audit and on-going audit annual to screen and maintain quality level of Siemens standard
-Take intermediate and final inspection and test on supplier side with regular inspection report
-Monitor supplier and subtier supplier manufacturing schedule and process frequently and coordinate the manufacturing process on supplier side.
-Report any project delaying and big quality deviation to involved team: PPM, PM to leverage the power for problem-solving in a short period of time
-Support on all SQM activities and procedure implementation
-Support continuous improvement

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Must be able to work from complex drawings.
-Have fluent hands-on skill on supplier quality management
-Good knowledge on machining, casting and forging manufacturing process
-Familiar with metallurgical equipment and grasp assembly expertise
-Must be able well communicate.
-Good oral and written English
