The FAE will have the following responsibilities:
?Work closely with customers on smartphone/tablet/data-card projects, handle customer technical
issues timely and coordinate backend supporting resource to ensure customer product launch.
?Organize technical meetings and trainings with customers engineering team to improve customer
development efficiency and shorten the product’s TTM.
?Monitor customers development schedule and support all RF issues in customer products life cycle.
Report customer projects technical and developing risks to sales and marketing team.

RF FAE specific responsibilities:
?Design support activities include schematic design, PCB layout
?Device evaluation, radio hardware design
?Work with RF tools for RF calibration, factory testing, MP readiness
?Troubleshooting and testing, collection of performance data to meet design needs


Qualifications
?Minimum BSEE/MSEE with a minimum experience of 3 years in RF design.
?Excellent understanding of RF systems in cellular design.
?Good understanding of RF part in GSM/UMTS/TDSCDMA/LTE 3GPP standard is a must.
?Familiar with at least two common used RF test instruments.
?Good RF troubleshooting skills.
?Excellent communication skills
?Good Chinese and English speaking, reading, writing
?Good team work will be a plus.
?Experience in customer support will be a plus.
?Willingness of travel will be a plus.
