职位描述

Role Summary:

This position is within Lifestyle Service team, and the role is to support Service Centers by prompt supply of spare parts and related materials, also support to trade customers according to the requirement and validated request. It’s important for the candidate to have service mindset with proactive, supportive and data analyze ability, with good team work with cross functions. The objective is to shorten the lead time in the whole chain of parts supply and efficient inventory management, also account management to part of Service Centers.

Essential Responsibilities:

This specialist will be responsible to handle spare parts PO/SO, monthly payment to Service Centers and maintain related database, and account management to Service Center for service improvement in terms of process and implementation.
Additionally the candidate will make monthly reports including spare parts PSI, PO/SO status, outstanding issues, operation analysis e.g., repair cost and KPI report to service parties etc.

1. Spare parts supply and inventory management
1) Manage the spare parts inventory with safe level, which need monitor the parts consumption and product lifecycle for spare parts forecast
2)Collect demand and validate the parts request from Service Centers, dealers and handle Purchase Order/Sales order accordingly.
3)Follow up invoices, logistics (GR) and deliveries in need for the PO and SO.
4)Maintain Spare parts in SAP and coordinate to update parts pricing
5)Coordinate with 3rd parties including warehouse stocktake, write-off and scrap

2. Service Center account management
1)Validate spare parts consumption and labor proposal to Service Centers/Call Center, and handle compensation process on monthly basis
2)Analyze operations upon the repair report from Service Centers, to consolidate and works out report in Global template and also comes out operation report (TAT, part cost trend etc.)
3)Operational management to Service Centers, including on site check and review with Service Partner upon actual performance vs. service level agreement , KPI report and improve, audit to repair cases and spare parts consumption and mysterious shopping arrangement etc.

3. Reporting
1)Handle service related document and request forms, including monthly DAP/B stock/Return request and data update
2)PSI, PO/SO update, Part shortage, outstanding issues, operation analysis

4. Service support to 2 categories, e.g. Headphones and Luxury Audio products.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree
? At least 3 years of experience in service field / Consumer Electronics ( repair services and service operation )
? Experiences in MS Office and SAP
? Fluent writing and verbal English
? Ability to work effectively and collaboration with cross functional teams
