Job Description

- Maintain and update Employee information in terms of new hire, employee termination and movement etc. information in HRIS
- Responsible for Employee information monthly and annual reporting
- Support HRIS project on data transformation and historical data consolidation
- Work closely with payroll team for payroll supporting documents
- Work closely with HRBP and CIIC for the employee on boarding, movement, termination process
- Provide monthly Employee contract renew and probation renew forecast to HRBP and Line Manager, to follow and ensure the renew can be completed on time
- Responsible for the employee P-file management to make sure it’s aligned with internal auditor requirements
- Other add hoc HR operation tasks

Qualification

- Bachelor Degree
- 2-3 years’ HR operation experience, HRIS related is preferred
- Detail Oriented, Patient, Responsible and Good communication skill
- Fluent in written English
- Be able to work under pressure
