Responsibility

? Supervising Trade and Non Trade payments.
? Provide guidelines and instructions to junior staff and resolve complicated payment problems
? Review payment request performed by junior staff and submit to Treasury team for payment.
? Perform monthly payment forecast
? Month end closing includes AP, Accrued purchase, FA, Inter-Co Recon , Vendor return reconciliations and aging analysis.
? Cultivate relationship and work closely with Marketing team and suppliers for disputed cases and quarterly payment planning.
? Handle queries and audit requests from SOX, internal and external auditors.
? Regularly review AP policies and APOPP for process improvement and to provide cost saving recommendation to management.
? Prepare, develop and improve function SOP
? Handle ad hoc assignments


Knowledge

? University degree or above with major in accounting or finance
? 4-5 years of related experience preferably in multinational companies
? Knowledge of processes within Finance Function and good understanding of the Payables Function
? Familiar with PRC & US GAAP is preferred
? Hands-on experience in Oracle AP is preferred

? Demonstrated interpersonal & people management skills
? Good business sense and strong analytical skills
? Good language skills in English and country-specific language
? Proficient PC skills
