JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
The Training and Development Supervisor/Manager will report to the Human Resources Manager and will responsible for the employees' training and people development management in the Heidelberg Qingpu factory, means will take charge to:
· develop, coordinate, implement and do all training and development programs for all employees
· develop and lead the HR development team
· prepare and monitor training budget and reports
· identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees
· develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
· develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities
· conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
· develop and maintain property communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of property events and general information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor or above degree in engineering, business or related discipline, manufacturing background is preferred
· 5+ years of related working experiences in multinational companies, including at least 2 years of supervision/management experience
· Qualifications in human resources, training and development or business studies
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Proven entrepreneurial and leadership skills and interact well in cross-functional teams
· Fluent English in oral and writing, German would be preferred.
· Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
· Excellent computer skills including MS office, outlook, working experience with E-HR system will be preferred.
