白车身工程师

主要职责：
？ 负责对车身结构进行2D/3D数据设计，并根据CAE/工艺分析部门的建议进行产品结构、工艺方面的修改；
？ 负责制定白车身系统的工艺文件
？ 负责编制、审核BOM、BOP、断面、GD&T、零件描述书，设计报告等技术文件；
？ 使用CATIA或UG等软件进行三维设计和校核、运动分析;
？ 负责设计并发布车身零部件件；
？ 负责跟踪及解决样车及相关部件的制造、试制试验、生产准备及试生产中的现场技术支持服务；
职位要求：
？ 车辆、机械类专科以上学历，拥有2年以上大、中型汽车企业、汽车设计公司白车身设计工作经验者优先考虑；
？ 了解汽车逆向设计流程（包含汽车拆车流程以及整车零部件管理）及相关工作经验者优先考虑；
？ 了解冲压/焊接/涂装/装配线工艺上的主要限制；
？ 能够熟练使用UG或CATIA等设计软件；
？ 具有良好的计算机操作能力及英语水平；
？ 具备团队合作精神，工作认真负责。

Language skills:
- Good at English as well as in local languages (Mandarin, Cantonese)
- Additional languages (such as Spanish, German) are an asset

Main Tasks:
- Be responsible for body’s 2D/3D part design,according to suggestion from CAE/craft analysis department to modify product structure and craft；
- Be responsible forestablishcraft filesaboutBIW system；
- Be responsible forpreparation, review the BOM, BOP, typical section, GD&T, parts description, design report and other technical documents;
- Design , checking and motion analysis by using CATIA or UG software and etc；
- Design and releaseBIW parts；
- Be responsible for tracking and solving prototype vehicle and related parts manufacturing, trial production& processvalidation, production preparation and Pre-Pilot of the on-site technical support service.

Requirements:
- Vehicle, or mechanical major etc. with college degree or above, above 2 years of BIW design experience in large or medium auto enterprises, design company preferred;
- Knowledge of Reverse engineering process(including vehicle dismantling andvehicle partsmanagement) and relevant experienced preferred;
- Knowledge of the main constrains of the process: Stamping / Welding /Painting/ assembly line
- Proficient in UG or CATIA etc；
- Good computer skills and English level；
- Have team spirit, work seriously and responsibly.
