法务专员

工作地点：北京

职责描述：

1. 参与重要项目的商务谈判，规避法律法规风险；
2. 审核、规范各类合同文本；
3. 协调解决合同履行中出现的法律问题，尽量避免合同纠纷产生；
4. 解答、协助咨询公司及各部门法律事务。

任职条件：

1. 法律专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 两年以上公司法务工作经验；
3. 良好的英文/德文口头及书面表达能力，能够就法律问题进行沟通；
4. 文笔流畅，语言表达能力强；
5. 具备良好沟通能力和谈判技巧，
6. 具有强烈的责任感；
7. 适应经常出差；
8. 具有律师资格证优先

Legal Specialist

Location:

Beijing China

Responsibilities:

1. Participating the commercial negotiations of significant projects to avoid law and regulation-related risks;
2. Verifying and Standardize various contract templates;
3. Solving legal issues during the contract execution to avoid contract dispute;
4. Answering legal questions from each department or assisting on legal consultation

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or higher in law;
2. At least 2 years work experience on law-related issues in company;
3. Good English/German ability in oral and written, being capable of communicating law issues;
4. Excellent writing skills;
5. Excellent skills of communication and negotiation;
6. Strong sense of responsibility;
7. Adapt to frequent business trip;
8. Lawyer certificate is preferred
