职位描述

1. JOB SUMMARY :

Manager's on the IMS Reconciliation team are responsible for staff development and supervision of the production related to the timely completion and quality reporting of client cash and position reconciliation reporting. Ensuring that all client SLA's are met daily. General responsibilities are detailed below in job duties.

2. JOB DUTIES

· Monitor recon queues to ensure timely completion of recons as well as meet client SLAs

· Train and understand the process of cash and share reconciliations from beginning to end. If necessary, jump into production to meet client SLA.

· Review accuracy of 3rd Party Reporting prior to delivery to the client

· Ensure all procedures are updated quarterly

· Ensure all risk controls are being met daily

· Schedule training and BCP coverage for team

· Schedule and maintain vacation time off for staff to ensure adequate coverage for department

· Sign off on packets daily -report any backlog packets daily

· Attend daily control meetings to resolve escalations.

· Escalate data issues that impact delivery of reconciliation to Officer/AVP/VP

· Complete monthly QSR/KPI reporting

· Complete weekly in-depth overstandard review for each reconciliation

· Assist staff in resolution of complex discrepancies/inquiries.

· Ensure timely escalations of aged items including escalation to Officer/AVP/VP

· Task list to be updated bi-weekly prior to 1x1 with Manager

· Complete daily update to Manager

· Minimum of Monthly 1x1 with staff

· Bi-weekly team meetings

· Provide daily mentorship to team and assist them with issues,projects,etc.

· Perform Specialist Interviews

· Update OT database daily/weekly

· Provide OT updates to Officer/AVP/VP

· Complete Management Checklist daily

· Achieve Management Goals as outlined for 2009

· Additional responsibilities upon request

· Plan staff development, create action plan for growth. Complete annual performance appraisals.

· Monitor exceptions to ensure business units are proactively managing exceptions

· Monitor workload/OT across department to ensure proper distribution department wide.

· Act as a resource for internal business groups to ensure timely/accurate information.

Review workflow procedures and recommend/implement process improvements as deemed appropriate.

3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • BS/BA Degree preferred and 2-3 years Supervisory experience within Financial Services.
  • Strong PC skills proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability and knowledgeable to process on multiple desks within the unit.
  • Self motivated and organized individual who has initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads in order to meet strict deadlines.
  • Assertive decision making skills.
  • Team oriented along with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills/Management skills required.
  • Experience with leading projects.
