1.Responsible for the management of all the facilities and machines within the Factory.

2.Ensures all equipment is routinely maintained. Develops and executes preventive maintenance of core operations daily.

3.Ensures the maintenance of the entire premises and initiates any repairs where needed.

负责团队对生产线设备故障的及时处理和修复。

4 Monitors inventory stock for spare parts, and then trigger Purchase Order Request whenever needed. Identifies equipment needs and recommends solutions to Production Manager.

负责对备品、备件的管理，包括物品的申购和质量的监控。能够对设备有一定的预见性，并提出合理的解决或改善方案。

5.Identify and control environment factors during maintenance.

所有的维护工作应当考虑环境的因素。

6.Be responsibility to assistant of production to develop the production process and meet the quality goals.

7.Staff communication, coaching, training, development, appraisal and motivation.

8.University or above with Mechanical or electrical professional

大学专科以上,机械或者电气专业

9.3年以上相同工作岗位经验

10.良好的制图以及PLC控制体系经验
