Job Description

The role is responsible for the liaison between Treasury Service business/operation and AD teams (internal or external). Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional design for a given application. The role is also required to run some projects as tech project manager, especially for client onboarding related projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Manages multiple projects.

2. Develops project budget, tracks actual against forecast and remains within departmental guidelines for variance.

3. Studies & understands the business requirement provided by the business/product/operation users.

4. Delivers tech solutions to cater business requirement.

5. Develop a functional/non-functional requirement specification to the development team.

6. Keeps Strong Business Partnership with Business, AD, QA, and Prod teams.

7. Influences work of others and facilitate group progress.

8. Manages budget for assigned project(s), develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.

9. Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations.

10. Prepares and presents progress reports for management.

Qualifications

1. Excellent business analysis skills and experience.

2. Excellent Project management skills including working to deadlines and service level time lines.

3. Technical qualification with minimum 8 years of technical and business experience in banking Industry.

4. Experience with cash management, including payments processing and clearing systems would be an MUST.

5. Excellent communication skills (written an verbal).

6. The ability to work independently and manage high workloads and dead line.

7. College degree, specialized training.

8. Ability to create and maintain effective relationships and to facilitate action from technical resources using a collaborative approach.

9. Work experience in large financial firms.

10. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle process.

1. Excellent Knowledge of corporate banking system and business in China market.

2. Excellent Knowledge of PMP.

3. Excellent SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) knowledge.

4. Rich experience in Banking system project implementation.

5. Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.

6. Strong analytical skills with high and fast learning capability.

7. knowledge on Unix/Linux platform, Relational database (Oracle, Sybase), and Java programming language.

8. Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
