Principal activities
1. He or she coordinates the Budget process or BFR review related to site forecasts.
2. He or she ensures the product costing process. He or she is jointly responsible with the production manager of the definition of semi-standards
3. He or she is the guardian of the analytical structure.
4. He or she must provide the analysis of results and variances to standard, and justify the valuation of inventories in liaison with the accounting department.
5. He or she prepares Fixed cost analysis and fixed cost bridge analysis according to GBU organization
6. He or she is in charge of reporting risk toward site management and Business controllers. He or she is in charge of Internal control and makes sure that Group policies and IFRS rules are followed in his perimeter
7. He or she is in charge of the financial part of projects underway in the site (capex, growth, etc…)
8. He or she manages closely with the GM the cash performance of the site (Working capital)
9. He or she is a member of the Finance network of the GBU and interacts with other plant controllers, accounting platforms as well as business analyst teams

Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above major in accounting or finance or business related discipline;
2. 5 years finance controller experience in a manufacturing multinational company, chemical industry background preferred.
3. Proficient in written and spoken English
4. high professional integrity, sound business acumen, and self-driven
5. good communication, presentation, and analytic & problem solving skill.
6. good knowledge of SAP system and powerful user of MS Excel and PPT
