Develop mechatronic part
Manage the interface between the project team and the supplier during all the part development from the project/purchasing strategy to the product of the vehicle
Ensure Quality, Cost, Planning and Performance in line with the vehicle schedule.


Major Responsibilities 岗位职责
？ 1/ Management of the part RFQ phase.
？ * Ensure the availability of the RFQ package ( ST, CMQ 2D/3D), and responsible of the robustness of the package.
？ * Ensure that the RFQ planning is compatible with the development of the past we are concerned.
？ * Responsible of the technical advice ( SRAG for CAPSA).
？ * Ensure ST, 2D/3D and CPPR conformity matrix, technical presentation, quality engagement.
？ 2/Management of the part development:
？ * Use PILOTE to forecast, and manage all the deliverables.
？ * Use Foqualis to follow the maturity and the quality of the part during all the development.
？ * Ensure the technical review ( mecanical, HW, interface). Ensure the mecanical and electrical interface.
？ * Ensure the availability of the 2D/3D of the supplier for each officialisation milestones.
？ * Ensure that the supplier 2D/3D drawing are available and full filled with the PSA requirement.
？ * Ensure the officialisation ( forecast ) for each step ( DFNu, OCM).
？ * Ensure a reporting of the key information.
？ * Ensure the style convergency between 'style' and the supplier.
？ * Manage the PMR with the support of the quality engineer
？ * Manage the Design FMEA with the support of the quality engineer
？ 3/Analyse and validate the supplier design :
？ * Ensure the prototype delivery are in line with the vehicle schedule.
？ * Evaluate the supplier prototype during the "recette", and on the test bench with the lesson learn experiments with the support of the lab responsible. Official report is expected.
？ * Ensure that test protocol are available and approved before to start the validation plan.
？ * Ensure the robustness of the supplier validation plan, and the planning.
？ * Ensure that the validation plan is available including all the target date and status about the validation for all development step.
？ * Read and evaluate the document report of the supplier and give an advice ( you could have the support of PSA Expert).
？ 4/Ensure the industrialization of the part of his perimeter:
？ * Identify CTF, and CSE of the part.
？ * Request from the Supplier the PCP.
？ * Manage the Process FMEA with the help of the quality engineer
？ * Manage the Process audit, and the action plan to allow the JV to prononce the SS0.
？ 5/ Contribute to the LAD ( lessons learnt, referential update).
？ * For each part defect, or organisation weakness, a writen description must be done with a proposal action plan.
？ * Contribute to the checklist update.
