MISSIONS
Responsible for wiring harness product 3D mathdata design.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Harness CAD design:
For an area of the vehicle, make the numeric for the wiring harness and take into account the following for the design :
- The standard of development
- The supplier process constraints : assembly / assembly line / geometric tolerancy
- The performance requirements : durability, safety, NVH, impact strength…
- The Interfaces.
- The Cost / Weight and quality requirements.
- The Planning
Take part to the different meetings for the product and process convergence.
Define and manage the harness interface
Make the 3D and formboard design for the wiring harness.
Make the 3D and 2D design for the support's pieces.
Make the quality checking.
Make the reporting.

supplier management:
- RFQ material preparation, analysis supplier RFQ quotation, technical review etc.
- Follow the industrialization.
