Job Purpose

To develop a dynamic relationship between company and staff to reach a greater employee happiness and increase productivity for business success.

Major Accountabilities

1. Deliver, communicate and consult company culture, human resources philosophies and policies, human resources programs and initiatives to staff

2. Handle staff movement cases and follow up on all related documentation, e.g. new member welcome and induction, internal transfer, employee departure, etc.

3. Provide operation support in probation and annual performance management

4. Deploy retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, mobility and retention

5. Work with store managers for discipline operations

6. Built and improve the employment relationships via manager meetings, employee face to face conversations, team briefing, consultative committees, notice boards, employee newsletters & bulletins, staff activities, etc.

7. Prepare and analyze HR reports to assist management in strategic planning and business decisions, e.g. turnover analysis, staff survey, etc.

8. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

Preferred Education & Qualifications

1. Education level: bachelor degree or above

2. Subject of Studies: Business Administration, HR Management, etc.

Expected Experiences

5 – 12 years in in-house human resources experience, retail industry background is preferred
