Job Scope

Major Accountabilities

1. Manage OTB budget and select merchandise assortments

2. Attend buying trips in Italy

3. Deliver product training to the team

4. Conduct market research every season

5. Analyze sales and inventory performance

6. Communicate with stores and monitor inventory levels and sales

7. Coordinate with internal departments regarding various ad hoc projects

8. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

			Sell-through by collection by category- # Stock Keeping Unit, order quantity, sold quantity, sell-through%
	12		MU table for approval
	13		Sell-Out /Retail price
	14		Product Training- including Mix & Match workshops
	15		Merchandise consolidation before close out
	16		Ordering
	17		SWOT analysis
	18		Competitors price check

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder or above in fashion and textile merchandising preferred

2. Minimum 4 years buying experience in luxury fashion brand

3. Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin

4. Dynamic with passion in our brand

5. Strong business and fashion sense with excellent analytical skills

6. A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Independent, and able to work under pressure

8. Potential candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Buyer
