职位描述
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
？ Responsible for the identification of work procedure, spare parts, tools for maintenance work order in SAP system.
？ Prepare the drawing and documents associated with each maintenance job.
？ Develop turnaround plan, responsible for the site checking with contractors and maintenance team members when TAR plan execution, tracing the TAR Plan execution process, collect the data of TAR and prepare the TAR summary report.
？ Cooperate with operation team and maintenance supervisor, develop weekly and monthly maintenance plan, tracing the plan's execution and prepare the report to maintenance manager.
？ As the key user of SAP system, responsible for SAP master database collection and update. For example function location, equipment and BOM master data.
？ Prepare special equipment mandatory inspection plan, such as pressure vessel, pressure pipeline, hoist, elevator, crane，relieve valve etc.
？ Support maintenance manager complete the maintenance working process development.
？ Cooperate with gatekeeper and maintenance supervisor to determine the outsourcing job scope.
？ Complete the job assigned by supervisors.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
？ Bachelor degree university graduate.
？ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good relationship with colleagues and team spirit.
？ An engineering degree holder with at least 5 years working experience in maintenance in a chemical plant or oil refinery, of which at least 1 year was planner role.
？ Familiar with the SAP PM module and chemical plant equipment maintenance procedure.
？ Fluent English speaking and writing.
