?Understand and map Chinese distribution networks for imported gourmet brands, throughout mainland China & covering all market segments (HORECA, BAPA, coffee shops…)
?Submit ideas & execute plan to optimize access to market for imported gourmet brands, with objective to boost sales
?Actively identify, train, support master agents & key 2nd tier distributors throughout China
?Manage / execute key brand development projects
?Identify & target key end-users in order to secure sales
?Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
?Strong coordination and organizing ability and overall point of view, with the ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects
?Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
?Strong analytical skills
