职位描述
Main Duties:
1. Definition and agreement with Group Leader and PM organization (MGL) of the work package assigned
2. Responsible to realize complex engineering activities with independence and full technical responsibility guiding a small team according with the request of the Group leader or project responsible.
3. Responsible of assigned work packages deliverable schedule and quality. Follow up all the activities done by the assigned engineers
4. Disciplinary organization and personal behavior responsible of all work group,
5. Final responsible in front of Group leader and PM organization.
6. Responsible for knowledge and transfer the company rules and standards to subordinates.
7. Request support from Group leader to put in place disciplinary actions if required.
Qualification:
1. 5+ years experience in parameter design work for underbody development in CATIA V5
2. Familiar with different platform structure
3. Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry
4. Experienced in styling/ Manufacture feasibility
5. Familiar with EUR/USA/CN regulation relevant vehicle
6. Relative knowledge on other system such as trim, chassis, E/E etc.
7. Excellent communication skills in English, Fluent oral and written in English.
8. Could be suitable for business trip for project.
