Responsibilities:
- In depth knowledge relating to managing daily operations, processing orders, serving corporate clients and smoothly support sales team
- Establish and control conditions of execution of sales operating strategies and plans
- Use statistical techniques to verify the effectiveness, analyze sales data and identify business opportunities
- Ensure quality of work and compliance to corporate standards
- Be able to work cross-functional with other teams building strong relationships within the Geoswift Group.
- Good time management to meet the strict deadline
- Manage and develop the Operation team.

Qualifications:
- A university graduate with bachelor or above.
- 3-5 years working experience at least 2-3 years of Card Organization(VISA MasterCard CUP) or Bank back-end working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skill in Chinese and English
- Proficient in English Writing.
- Meticulous and hardworking, logic thinking

- MBA degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
