Location: Pudong, Shanghai

Job Title: Expat Operations Supervisor - Human Resource role (Full-time or contract role)

Report to: CFO and COO

Seeking for a foreign candidate with international experience and a high potential to grow in the company in a Contract or Full-Time role that will focus on leading the company’s efforts in hiring, developing and retaining the best people.. Reporting to the CFO and COO of Motion Global, you will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of key operational projects including human resource projects.

This role will include:

- Assisting senior management in important initiatives including restructuring the staff hiring, development and retention strategy.

- Improving and documenting operations procedures and training others in the company on these new procedures.

- Contribute to strategic discussions and working with senior management to improve overall office environment and operations.

- Assisting with culture and staff development activities and initiatives across the company.

The candidate will have the following competencies

- Excellent can do attitude with a drive to work hard

- Excellent project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence others

- Very strong interpersonal skills.

- High energy with proven ethical integrity

- Fluent in English
