职位描述

Major responsibilities:
1. Manage the national logistics and distribution network for parts, maintain the efficiency of depot operations
2. Implement the parts distribution strategy at a national level, initiates the establishment and on-going development
3. Monitor 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) contractor's distribution center operation performance
4. Ensure that the 3PL implements and adheres to Standard Operating procedures and Metrics Monitor the operation for safe practice (OH&S), Monitor the operation for security compliance, environmental regulation compliance and energy utilization efficiency
5. Continually monitor prime stocking levels, replenishment and realignment activities and take appropriate action to dispose of inventory surpluses that are identified
6. Identify the need for and coordinate modifications to the storage system (binning & racking) in line with changes in the business volume.
7. Liaise with Freight contractor at senior management level to ensure efficiency of distribution network is maintained and delivery schedules are met.
8. Coordinate the releasing, cataloguing, initial stocking and distribution of new parts in accordance with established corporate timing plans as well as on-going service requirements.
9. Manage Dealer Parts Support interface, survey dealers and monitor Voice of the Dealer feedback
10. Manage the Remote Dealer Inventory management (RIM) operation including the coordination of FBSC support
11. Manage Warranty Parts Return operation, warranty cost and quality issues in conjunction with Lincoln Service Engineering & PD.
12. Manage the purchasing of locally sourced service parts and accessories
13. Provide direction on the pricing of service parts to Finance
14. Provide feedback to Salaried Staff through half-yearly appraisals
15. Establish and manage operations cost to budget
16. Coordinate the employment of new employees and their training

Qualification:
1.Minimum of 3 years experience in material planning & supply chain or logistics management
2.University graduate or above with a preferred major in Logistics, Supply chain.
3.Must be proficient in English reading, writing and speech and have proven automotive parts management skills.
4.Good communication skills and demonstrated leadership.
5.Proficient in computing operating, especially Excel, Word, and E-mail system; Be familiar with MRP/WMS system.
