Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for development of the tire testing business to achieve targets of Automotive Services.

Responsibilities:

1. Scouting the Automotive tire testing market for market requirements, potential customers, competitors, market prices etc.

2. Identification and development of key accounts.

3. Independent initiation of ambitious projects with existing and new clients in automotive tire testing, such as (not limited to) a) Visit clients and promote our services b) Respond and follow up customers inquiries c) Negotiate and win projects.

4. Identification and development of new business potential.

5. Localize the competence of tire testing via expert training and communication from oversea’s competence center according to the business plan; communication with German Tire Testing Manager.

6. Collect customer’s expectation regarding project / service.

7. Achieve the customer satisfactory rate set by Director GCN.

8. Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities.

Requirements:

1. University degree in automotive engineering or mechanical sciences, business engineering or other appropriate degrees, ideally complemented by automotive.

2. In-depth background knowledge of the tire industry, market and competition; technical experience in tire testing.

3. Relevant professional experience in business consulting or business development, ideally in the field of Automotive and in market and competition analysis.

4. Strategic thinker.

5. Team player with high level of commitment.

6. Very good learning aptitude.

7. Good analytical skills.

8. Very good communication and presentation skills.

9. Native language Mandarin/Chinese and fluency in written and spoken English; knowing German is a plus.

10. Be familiar with Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel.
