职位描述
岗位职责：
1. Processing of OTRS Tickets regarding all SAP Workflow issues
2. Development of new / Enhancement of existing SAP Business Workflows based on requests of business, technical platform SAP Business Workflow Engine, SAP Netweaver Business Process Management
3. Project lead/ Project organization in SAP Workflow Roll-Outs in the area of APAC, especially:
- Evaluation of Business structures/ Responsible persons/ system prerequisites within Business Blueprint
- Planning of timelines, budgets
- Collaboration with Business / key users regarding Workflow settings
- Workflow Customizing within Implementation phase: WF Starting Events, User finding rules, Workflow definitions (creating/changing/transport), embedding of Coding within WF tasks, Interface setup, SAP Hierarchy implementation
- Go-Live support
4. Training of key users regarding new Workflow functionalities, creation of User manuals
5. Support of test activities (Release projects, implementation projects), support Scanning issues, support Archiving issues (First level support)
6. Alignment with dependent modules (FI, MM for Logistic invoice verification)

任职资格的具体描述：
- The candidate should have detailed skills within the following areas:
- Implementation of SAP Workflows within complex organizational structure (best would be international experiences/ mandatory):
-> SAP Business Workflow implementation: create/change/transport of definitions, rules, hierarchies
(important, but not mandatory)
-> SAP Netweaver Business Process Management: Process Composer, Business rule engine, SAP
Systems data exchange (mandatory)
-> Basic knowledge in Eclipse, Java environment would be helpful
-> Scanning, OCR experiences would be nice, but not mandatory
-> experiences in Key user training (nice to have, not mandatory)
- fluent English skills (mandatory)
- Basic skills in SAP FI, SAP ArchiveLink configuration would be helpful
- Should have the ability to travel to customers (Hella companies)
