职位描述

Position Title: Sales Engineer

Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.
A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
Support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to maintain regular contact with the Company’s accounts and develop new OEM and distributor customers in the designated market of the territory, ensuring that they receive effective support and service.
Support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to maximize the performance of existing distributors and OEM customers through regular contact, training, and field sales visits.
Support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to identify new sales opportunities for the Company’s products and make recommendations for opening new distributor and OEM accounts where appropriate.
Support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to provide the necessary order input to achieve annual sales budgets, which have been jointly agreed upon with the National Sales Manager – China.
Support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to provide feedback on market intelligence, competitor activity and application opportunities.
Support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to maintain a high level of product knowledge of both the Company’s and competitive products.
Support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to uphold the Company’s reputation and communicate its objectives effectively at all times.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump and the National Sales Manager – China.
Other duties Include:
Provide the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump with a Pre-Monthly travel schedule and a weekly activity report on all salient business activities.
Support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to maintain data on our competitor sales and pricing policies.
Support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to provide sales forecasting for Jabsco lobe pump on a monthly basis.
Attend all relevant exhibitions in the market of the territory to support participating distributors and OEM’s and support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to provide reports on the market and competitors activities.
Organize and provide the necessary product training to support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump ensure effective sales activity and order input by customers and distributors.
Support the Sales Manager – Lobe Pump to sell the company’s products at the agreed price levels without deviation and approval from the Marketing Department, and the National Sales Manager – China.

Part 2. Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
- Must have a BA/BS Degree, 3 to 5 years of Lobe Pump sales experience preferably OEM and distributor sales in the Lobe Pump business market.
- Skilled at computer
- Fluent English in reading/ writing/ listening.
- Be able to accept frequently traveling.
B) Describe the most important Leadership competencies required of the individual. (5-8 competencies from VBLD, TOP 3 are mandatory competencies)
