Position Title: Technology Manager Cathode Materials 锂离子电池正极材料的应用开发
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
? Provides technology leadership in the field of cathode materials.
? Represent cathode materials technology at customers.
? Manages product development projects based on customer’s input.
? Uses strong customer focus to determine market needs in the battery industry.
? Provides technological support to commercial team in China.
? Ensures input and support for technology selection processes for customer requirements.
? Leverages product strategy in China. Assist regional business development managers to develop product strategy in China.
? Proactively moves projects towards completion in time-efficient manner (short to long term projects/topics).
? Directs the activities of assigned scientists and technicians to complete project objectives.
? Monitors and benchmarks competitor products and application technologies.

Requirements:
1. PHD 学历 1年及以上工作经验，硕士学历 5年及以上工作经验 在锂离子电池材料方向（如碳酸铁锂，三元材料等）
2. 英语流利

? PhD in Chemistry or Master , Chemical Engineering or Materials Science
? Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience to include product management / development, R&D and/or technically relevant roles
? Recognized expert knowledge of lithium ion battery technology or other related material development
? Advanced expertise in battery materials and systems
? Ability to recognize and to develop new technical concepts that solve market needs and facilitate new product roadmaps
? Openness to new ideas, concepts, and trends
? Strong work ethic and problem solving intuition
? Strong customer focus
? Inspires others and takes accountability for an innovation pipeline by championing and discerning new and creative approaches.
? Fosters the integration of a diversity of perspectives across the organization resulting in development of high performing teams and output.
