Objective of the Position / 岗位目标
Manage the activities of the Plastics Shanghai R&D Group. Interface with the 7 Plastics SBUs, the other R&D Centers and coordinate the day to day activities of the team.
Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why) / 主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配）
5% Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。
15% Administer cost center budget, maintain activities with in budget, secure resources from TSS.
40% Supervise projects, insure that results are delivered in a timely manner, allocate resources as required to meet objectives
25% Interface with businesses to understand needs and priorities and insure that the needs are met.
15% Focus on outside activities within Asia (University, competitive and supplier ) to build a technical assessment.

10+ years technology management and people managment experience, including 6 years Asia R&D team management experience.
