Job Title : Lean Manufacturing Director
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide overall Lean leadership and simplification to all areas of operations.
2. Define the key value streams that will have the greatest impact on operations.
3. Work with the manufacture leaders to develop strategic deployment planning as well as specific goals and priorities that drive lean principles and concept across the business.
4. Serve as a change leader by influencing, communicating and institutionalizing a lean culture of simplification and standardization .
5. Coach Lean Leaders and factory leadership in the use of Lean tools to drive significant operation results.
6. Conduct regular value stream reviews with manufacture leaders to assure the team drives significant and measurable operation impact.
7. Drive to execute all identified opportunities and achieve the annual target.
8. Seek, share and implement best practices.
9. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
10. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
11. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
12. Other assignments from direct superior.
Requirements:
University Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or related majors.
Minimum 10 years multinational companies experience in Lean implementation, Elevator & Escalator company experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of related management experience.
LFluent English language – speaking and writing.
Good computer skills, familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills.
Experienced project management and an experienced change agent with focus on Productivity increase/cost reduction and lead time improvement projects without compromising the Quality level.
