Position:Project Engineer
Report to: Project Manager
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. Plant Modification
a) Prepare Specification or tender document for the modification project
b) Modification project cost estimation
c) Manage the necessary document (PID, equipment spec, process description, etc) to start modification.
d) Select proper contractor and supplier according to the project strategies.
e) Cooperate with maintenance team to implement the modification. Supervise the safety, quality, schedule, and payment of the modification
f) Manage the modification safety assessment with operation, process and QHSE.
2. Expansion Project
a) Organize and manage the project team
b) Project legal application
c) Manage the different studies (FS, EIA, SIA, HIA) which obliged by regulations for project approval
d) Manage the tender document preparation and the technical clarification with potential contractor
e) Select the right EPC contractor according to company’s strategy
f) Supervise the design, manufactory, and construction quality stick with specifications project requests
g) Manage safety risk analysis for the project.
h) Supervise and adjust the project schedule to achieve the project deadline.
i) Cooperate with QHSE and construction team to get construction permit
j) Strongly implement the site safety regulations for project construction.
k) Report the project status regularly and manage the project meetings
l) Manage the project technical data exchange between company and designer or EPC contractor in an efficiency and legal way.
m) Supervise the design modification and construction modification; Keep recording in documentations.
n) Organize the training with operation teams for the new facilities.
o) Cooperate with operation team and contractors to commissioning the project
p) Cooperate with EPC contractor, QHSE and Admin to get project final approval.

Requirement:
1. Educational: College level for Chemical Engineering or relative;
2. Experiences: 5+ years work experience in Chemical plant for process modification; be able to manage project (1M-30M); family with government approval flow for project
3. Spirit: Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
4. Computer Capability: Good skill for office software, Word, Excel, Visio, AutoCAD, Project2003, etc.
5. Language: exellent English both in written and oral
