Responsibilities:
- Independently handle the Assignment from client.
- Indentify target candidates
- Monitor Researcher to set up target company lists and full mapping strategies.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates, provide career development advice.
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients within the assigned field.
- Contribute to the business development with team leader.
Requirements:
- College and above education degree
- 3+ years working experience in searching firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- automotive or sales experience is advantage
- Passionate, optimistic and persistent personality
- Long-term commitment
