职位描述
Job Title : Industrial Engineering Director
Main Responsibilities:
1. Define processes, production technologies and methods, structures of work areas, standard work contents.
2. Measure, analyze and optimize work processes, define new processes with flexible contents according to customer demand.
3. Calculate planning principles, coordinate and define objectives and system criteria.
4. Support and coordinate actions to realize flow production and integrated planning.
5. Strong communication to core team and other related functions.
6. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
7. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
8. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
9. Other assignments from direct superior.
Requirements:
University Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or related majors.
Minimum 10 years multinational companies experience in planning of production processes or maintenance of production equipment, Elevator & Escalator company experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of related management experience.
Fluent English language – speaking and writing.
Good computer skills, familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills.
High level of customer focus and team work.
ERP System experience, for example SAP.
