职位描述
？ Covers the Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and Treasury business transactions and issues.
？ Provides legal advices on new and existing banking products
？ Legal assistance to labor issue, asset acquire and vendor engagement matter
？ Protect the Bank’s legal interest and maintain its operation within the scope established by law.
？ Other task assigned by management from time to time
Qualifications
？ PRC Bar holder
？ Degree in Law from a reputable University in PRC
？ Minimum 5 – 6 years solid and hands-on legal experience with thorough understanding of the Chinese legal environment and regulations, Good knowledge of local laws and regulations
？ With experience in international banks and solid knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements, preferable foreign bank or banking team of reputable law firms
？ Good communications skill and high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
