职位描述
Responsible for VRF Product management.
Responsibility:
1. Take leader of or participate in VRF product development, VA/VE and OEM projects
2. Keep abreast of changing market requirements, and generate mid-long term VRF product development plans/roadmap.
3. Understanding customer value, and translating market requirements into product requirements
4. Responsible for VRF product life-cycle management and strategy.
5. Deliver and maintain the qualified internal documentary, product literatures and tools
6. Effective communicates and collaborates with all the related departments
Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above degree in HVAC&R
2. 5+ years’ experience in HVAC industry, in functions including Marketing/Sales/Engineering
3. Good Product Management Skill
4. Good Project Management Skill - able to pull resources from different teams
5. Good presentation and communication skill
6. Financial skill in good understanding on costing and pricing
7. Good in Prioritization
8. Fluent English in speaking and writing
