职位描述
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and help Payroll officers on their daily payroll related work.
Make sure 100% on-time for monthly payroll delivery.
Lead payroll run and ensure the accuracy.
Work closely with benefit vendor (FESCO) to make sure staff’s social benefit comply with government policy.
Work closely with HR system SAP vendor ADP CHINA to ensure the system background setting is updated with current policy.
ICS(Internal Audit) payroll points control & supporting material collection to ensure that daily operations are meeting customer expectations and are delivered in accordance to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and in compliance to set regulatory, compliance, audit, risk and control and quality standards.
Maintain accurate and updates operations manuals or procedure guides and workflows.
Build strong working relationships with customers and identify process-improvements to deliver better customer service.
Requirements:
Bachler or above degree in Finance, Accounting or Human Resource
at least 5ys payroll experience
at least 3ys management experience
Solid understanding of the greater china payroll process including salaries, social benefits and local payroll tax and compliance
Fluent English
