Responsibilities
？ Lead a team of internal IT and external vendor to manage the project implementation.
？ Perform project management functions, including scope management, resource and schedule management, risks and issues management, quality management, and change control, resource management and project P&L
？ Practical knowledge in network design and implementation; large scale PC deployment; managing Windows, WAN, LAN, Security and backup solution.
？ To manage Storage, Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Email server, Data encryption tools
？ Strong in networking with experience on managing firewall, Cisco switch, load balancing, WAN, etc
？ Solid background with database and email server administration
？ Provide infrastructure solution to business users
？ Reviewing the systems security administration function
？ Investigating and finding out causes of irregularities and errors, initiating and monitoring corrective and follow-up action.

Requirements:
？ Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
？ Minimum 8 years of IT working experience;
？ Minimum 5 years experience as Infrastructure Project Manager or similar capacity;
？ Good interpersonal and communication skills;
？ Strong leadership and management skills;
？ Solid experience in managing the IT infrastructure including network, system monitoring, directory services and security;
？ Good knowledge of network products, enterprise system management, UNIX and Windows services;
？ Integrity check on the candidate may be required;
？ May require to travel where necessary
