Quality Assurance Assistant Manager Quality

Objectives of the Position

. Responsible for supporting the manager to handling customer compliant and internal

non-confirming issue.

. Process omptimize which is related NCM handling

REPORTING

. - Report directly to Quality Management Manager of the Company

.

Main Tasks

. Responsible for company non-confirming handling process running smoothly and

effectively

. Mornitoring the cusomer complaint ,internal Non-conforming issue and top return handling progress to make sure the overall data meet target

. Push the investigation of the Non-conforming issue within organization.

. Action follow up which related NCM or continuous improvement

. Reporting the management team about the overall KPI and key issue progress regularrly

. Identify the gap between current process and TS/customer requirement and iniciate

coninuous imporovement project in cross function team

. Inciate internal process audit

. Coach the team using on quality management tool eg : 8D, FEMA, analysis tools and so on

REQUIRED SKILLS SET:

. Familiar 8D concept and problem solving skill

. Strong capability on statistic data analysis

. Demonstrate ability to lead others to a win-win conclusion

. good reporting and presentation skill

. Have effective communication and teamwork skills

. Work closely with managers / supervisors and leads within organization

. Strong willingness to take responsibility

. Ability to execute multiple priorities in a timely manner

. Prefer to familiar with TS16949, core tools and process management

. Prefer to familiar the special requirement of OEM customer, eg: VW, GM, BMW etc

. Be able to define and execute quality processes in a manufacturing environment

Have strong project management skills with a focus on results

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

. Education: Bachelor or above, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

. Working Experience: > 3 years of related customer complaint handling experience.

Chemistry,and coating industry experience preferred

. Technical & Professional Knowledge: TS 16949 Internal Auditor (with certificate) and

realted core tools utilization prefered. Quality management skill and knowledge.
