职位描述

MAIN TASKS:

1. Overall responsibility for selected Sales Accounts in designated territory and for sustainable and profitable growth according to the Short Term and Mid Term plan and Customer strategies.

2. Identify new business opportunities and develop new business via projects or replacement approach and protect business through retention strategies for key customers

3. To submit weekly /Monthly as well as Yearly reports (as per requirement). Attend AP regional communications, teleconferences and update on the business.

4. To carry out new product promotions by means of presentations

5. To develop new customers and meet the target planned for the same

6. To develop & work with Channel Partners (Distributors) to increase presence in Local Market

7. Analyze and monitor the competitor activities in the market

8. Enhance customer intimacy and account penetration by very frequent personal approach and knowledge transfer

9. Carry out the local price policy also in coordination with global / regional or local guidelines and targets

10. Contribute decisively to the annual sales planning processes and general reporting-systems

11. Support the sales and marketing organization concerning event and public relations activities

12. Collection and follow-up on customer payments (due/overdue) and give support for Supply Chain issues connected to your assigned customers

13. To work closely with Application lab on projects of customers

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) considered a plus.

2. Ideal candidate would have minimum 5years oilfield related experience (chemicals or equipment or services) with extensive market knowledge.

3. Excellent Relationship skills – multi-level sales skills throughout the customer’s organization

4. Strong selling skills – Lead identification and follow-up, ability to close a sale, presentation, negotiation

5. Optimal candidate must be a self starter with proven track record of success

6. Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

7. Organizational and planning skills

8. Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft based programs
