职位描述
Reliability Manager (可靠度测试经理)
Main responsibility:
1.Responsible for managing a busy test lab with a team of highly motivated engineers that supports development and continuous improvement of elevator components.
2.Responsible for planning and directing resources to insure that our products conform to the organization’s quality, regulatory and customer’s standards.
3.Responsible for establishing, implementing and administering the Laboratory quality policies and procedures, while maintaining ISO 17025 certification and providing technical/management leadership to solve the full range of quality problems impacting product development, suppliers, manufacturing and customers
Main requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering related field and have a minimum of five years electro-mechanical product design, test or machinery manufacturing experience
2.Must have prior supervisory experience and must also have a strong working knowledge of statistics
3.Be able to define and drive comprehensive test plans for design verification and validation
4. Be able to articulate (verbally & in writing), defend and negotiate quality expectations with internal and external customers at all levels of management
5.Solid knowledge of quality management concepts, proficient in applying tools such as NPAP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/Reliability Engrg.,etc
