职位描述
Responsibilities
? Develop billable consulting business and provide technical expertise in the assigned region.
? Responsible for the quality of work performed.
? To have the project management support to partners.
? To have the product support for project pursues.
Qualification
? Requires at least 3 years of MES project management experience, 2 years of MES consulting experience, and at least 2 years of people leadership experience.
? Good presentation and communication skills.
? Competent English speaking, reading and writing capability.
? Process Industry, especially Food & Beverage, CPG, industry knowhow is highly preferred.
? Typically has oversight of small teams and / or functions, and is responsible for the deployment of those resources across the organization.
? Often involved in recruiting, training and developing consultants.
? Able to travel.
