Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Strategy Proposition (60%)
1. To formulate customer strategies to ensure company in china acquires and retain the right customers that is strategically and financially viable.
2. To work with customer analytic team and design develop customer propositions, which are aligned to company’s strategic focus as well as competition needs and market development, and coordinate / work with relevant depts. translating them into execution plans to generate tangible financial benefits.
3. To support the Customer Council which aims to cultivate the customer centric culture within company via the effective execution of cross functional customer projects covering channels, products, marketing, operations, customer services and HR.
4. To propose, manage and implement cross-functional Company-wide customer initiatives, aim to improve customer experience at all touch points, to continuously improve NPS and translate this comany into an organization recognized for strong customer culture.
5. To monitor customer trend regularly and highlight any variance to the customer strategy, so that recommendations and corrective actions can be taken timely, if necessary.
6. To support company on Strategic Customer Projects on an ad hoc basis.
7. To provide BU Marketing with regular training on Customer Strategy and Experience
Customer Intelligence and Segment Marketing (40%)

1. To conduct effective researches, both internal (channels) and external customers (policyholders or potential customers) to obtain key insights which forms the foundation for the design of Customer Strategies, campaigns, product launches and other marketing initiatives.
2. To design and propose customer segmented programs, targeting key customer segments, based on value and coverage, with a strong justification in helping company achieve increment benefits on customer acquisition, expansion and retention, and to improve customer loyalty and referral.
3. To support HOD to prepare research studies presentation to management or/and to share similar materials with internal stakeholders and BU marketing, for them to have greater background knowledge on the formulation of customer strategy and origination of customer initiatives.
4. To ensure that the budget for all customer initiatives are well managed and achieves good Return on Investment.
