JV IT Service Manager - Product Development
About the role
1. Team leader of a JV support team, manage the staffs’ performance
2. Provide leadership and oversee the planning and execution of all contracted sustain service
3. IT project manager for system and application implementation at JVs
4. Coordinate between JV and China/regional/global teams to solve technical issues/problems
5. Help the JV business and IT teams to understand appropriate ‘best practice’ and 'leading edge' IT systems and technologies
6. Manage the service contract with JVs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
2. Demonstrated success in leading system deployment/sustain and operational contract management
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Chinese)
4. Resource management experience
5. 5+ years’ experience in IT project/sustain management
6. Knowledge of engineering and design applications and systems in the automotive industry, especially TeamCenter, UGNX, CAE tools
7. Knowledge of IT architecture, WinTel server, Oracle database, storage
Preferred Qualifications:
1. ITIL Certification
2. PMP Certification
