Main Objectives:
？ To initiate, lead and manage cost reduction and quality/ efficiency improvement programs in line with the corporate values and goals at PDMC by using continuous improvement methods and techniques.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
？ Work with the management team to drive for a lean and continuous improvement culture, the understanding, application and result of lean concepts and tools.
？ Identify change opportunities; initiate and drive changes in productivity, quality, cost control through the implementation of different lean techniques like Kanban pull system, one piece flow, value stream mapping, TPM, and visual management etc.
？ Organize regular Kaizen activities in a cross functional organization. Prepare action plans, drive implementation performance and ensure timely completion by using standardized reporting and tracking system.
？ Coach team members with lean concepts and tools and promote lean awareness within the organization.
？ Provide daily operational support to shop floor and other functions.
？ Design and manage the regular Lean& 6Sigma activities, audits, reporting, communication.
？ Other tasks assigned by the management team.

Qualification Requirements / Degrees:
？ Bachelor degree in engineering, materials, mechanic or business.
？ 6 Sigma black belt or lean expert certification preferred. ？ ？ ？

Working Experience:
？ At least 3-5 years working experience in a mechanic manufacturing environment and in a mulit-national culture
？ 2-3 years working experience at a shop floor supervisory level.
？ At least 2-3 years working experience of being a participants in various lean events in a manufacturing environment.
？ Experience of being a project leader in various lean or 6Sigma events.

Skills:
？ Problem solving skills and quality analysis tools.
？ Good command of English, spoken and written.
？ Be familiar with Ms Office, PPT, Project, Visio.
