职位描述

Channel Sales Manager China (泵行业销售)

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for channel sales of Richter pump and valve via distributor and agent in
China mainland.
2. Prepare and implement sales plan and achieve the sales target
3. Participate in continuous market and competitor screening to participate and support in
developing adequate sales strategy in cooperation with Richter management
4. Generate plans for growth and management of existing distributors and develop new
distributor channel according to regional plan in China
5. Manage Richter China channel sales team
6. Take sales calls and presentations to customers
7. Provide engineering and technical support to sales and channel partners
8. Identify and follow up of sales opportunities
9. Provide support on marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, etc.
10. Cooperate and communicate closely with Richter’s inside sales team and service
department.
11. Report to Sales Director of Richter Asia-Pacific

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
2. At least 8 years experience in sales and sales management
3. Good English skills in speaking and writing
4. Skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
5. Knowledge of centrifugal pumps or process valves or control valves
6. Good communication and negotiation skills and adaptability
7. Ability and willingness to do frequent domestic travelling
8. Proven successful career in sales function in international companies
9. Experience in Chinese import regulations is an advantage
10. Established relationships to customers in chemical industry and design institutes is an
advantage
