Continued growth has created opportunities for highly talented individuals to join our client Private Equity team at Investment Associate level.
Our client is a leading financial institution in Shanghai and the PE team is constituted with both international talents with global capital operation experience and local talents familiar with Chinese markets.
As an Associate you will participate in and contribute to all aspects of the deal process with responsibility for initial quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio companies. You will assist senior team members with building up the investment pipeline, screening potential opportunities and full cycle execution (including origination, evaluation, research, due diligence, modeling and offering).
We are looking for candidates with top undergraduate & MBA degrees and a good understanding of domestic and foreign capital markets. You should be fluent in both Mandarin and English with solid financial statement analysis and finance modeling skills, good valuation techniques and strong analytical abilities gained from 3 to 4 years in a relevant industry (for example, M&A, private equity, transactions services, investment consulting).
