职位描述

Title: Key Account Manager ---BS Team

Location: Shanghai

Report to: Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Director

Supervise: N/A

Overall Purpose of Job:
- In order to strengthen on KA customer focus;
- To make sure of the best service to retain the KA customers and sustainable growth;
- To consistently develop of the KA customer group.
- Lead and Transfer the Value communication between GF and KAs
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility
- Responsible for the sales turnover of KA customers;
- Make sure sustainable growth and contribution from defined KA customers;
- Responsible for KA customer group management and development.
- Good communication and team coordination.

Policies and Procedures
- Set up reasonable policy to improve KA management in CBS of China
- Implementation of KA policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team.
Client Relationship Development & Maintenance
- Create and maintain good relationship with defined KA customers. Try to coordinate and to provide best service to the customers in different respects, such as enquiry response time, lead time, after sales service, etc..
Sales Activities
- According to sales target, work out sales strategy and sales target and activities related to KA sales. After review and approval by the management, carry out the activities according to the activity plan.
Account Receivables (A/R)
- Monitor account receivable balance on a monthly basis; follow up with related sales on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms in order to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.
External Relations
- Maintain good relationship with the KA customers, design institute, consulting firms, professional associations and authorities.



JOB PROFILE

Education and training

- Diploma or degree holder in general machinery & electrical, or commercial
background, etc.
- Fluent in oral and written Chinese & English
- Other languages or dialects will be an advantage

Experiences

- Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience in the field of pump industry or other related industry.


Personality

- Customer oriented
- Good communication skills

- Self-motivated

Physique

- Male or Female
- Preferably 30 years old and above
- Matured with good mental attitude
- Physically fit
