职位描述
Position: China Wind Power Sales Manager
Report to: China Sales Director
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
? This position is responsible for OEM, OES and Aftermarket sales of wind power in China/Asia for localized hydraulic filter and filter element. /support.
? Penetrate into OEM/OES and project of gear box and main turbine manufacturer through direct sales or channel sales.
? Lead technical agreement negotiation and commercial negotiation for each OEM/OES project.
? Build up agents/distribution networks.
? Manage distributor source to grow aftermarket sales and company brand awareness in end user side.
? Identify the market's requirement and competitor's characteristic and provide immediate feedback to manager regularly.
? Make market research & analysis; carry out wind market strategy and plan.
? Achieve annual sales target and business growth.
? Cooperate with relative internal department to achieve company target and vision.
? Communicate with company global for commercial& technical support.
? Reporting (monthly plan / review, annual sales plan, rolling sales forecast etc)
Requirements:
? 5 years working experiences for Wind Power industry, Gear box industry is prefer.
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
? Good sales & marketing knowledge.
? Familiar with gearbox manufacturer for wind power industry. Experience in filter or cooler will be a great plus.
? Good communication skill, negotiation ability, good time management skills.
? Team work spirit, result oriented.
? Good attitude to work with customer, sales and other parties.
? Confident, logical, convincing and forceful.
? Excellent English in both writing and speaking is preferred.
