职位描述

Title: IT Program Manager



Function/Department: Information Technology

Purpose:

· The Global Purchasing and Supply Chain organization in is functionally and geographically diverse. There is a need for an experienced resource to help the Regional IT Director manage the breadth of programs and operations within the region.

· This role will give the incumbent a unique opportunity to learn and understand the business by working closely with the Regional, Global and Country resources to plan and execute the vision for IT.

Responsibilities:

· Leading various studies, projects and business-value initiatives

· Working cross-functionally as required on developing IT strategies and plans

· Working with global leaders and resources on global initiatives that will be deployed or impact the region

· For specific projects/programs, ensure PMO reporting and analysis guidelines are followed

· Provide IT estimation (resources, time, cost) on studies and proposals

· Prepare and present proposals to business and IT leaders

· Develop program plans working with the business counterparts, country resources and regional leads

· Manage program initiation activities

· Manage program execution

· Ensure “change management” activities are in place and well executed

· Work with the business on their transformational initiatives and help identify opportunities for IT’s value to be leveraged

· Assist the Director with the development of a robust operating and communication models for the diverse region. Ensure business customer communication channels are the most effective and well received. Help the Director drive team unity and goal alignment across a geographically diverse group.

Requirement:

Knowledge:

· Financial Management Practices

· IT Project Program Estimation and Business Case Development

· IT Transformation Goals

Project Management

· General Global Purchasing and Supply Chain knowledge preferred but not required

Experience/Education:

· 5+ years work experience in similar or complimentary role, IT project management or project administration preferred, degree in IT, MIS or Business

Competencies:

· Sound judgment, customer-focus, attention to detail, analytical, takes initiative and self-motivated, good oral and writing ability, competent in Microsoft applications (particularly, Excel and PowerPoint);

· Good presentation skills

· Negotiation and political agility
