Title: Business Controlling Manager
Location: Shanghai
Report to: China Controlling Manager

Responsibilities:
To do controlling function such as budgeting and reporting for China
To streamline sales reporting for China and ensure that sales data be collected, reported, and analyzed timely with high quality
To challenge sales performance and decisions using rational data and analysis
To manage field sales analysts conduct reporting, expense verification and other controlling functions
To manage Data Management System Project
Requirements:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
With at least five years of working experience in sales controlling preferably coming from a fast moving consumer goods company, food or personal care industry
With Good English Communication Skills
Driven and likes challenges
Ambitious and analytical
Trustworthy
Should be open to travel once a month or less
