职位描述
Major Responsibilities
1.To achieve business goal in line with country/department business goal and strategy.
2.To Develop key account plans , and develop in-depth relationship with different functional departments of Key Accounts, for growing momentum business and new business opportunities.
3.To lead and drive key programs which are align with marketing and local business growth strategy, and setup program monitoring mechanism to make sure achieving the set goals
4.To Identify sales/market potential, feedback to marketing and or direct manager/supervisor, with structural reports
5. To establish and maintain customer data, market analysis and provide weekly/monthly work report.
6.To cooperate with cross function team for the technical support, new product development, new market development, order management and payment management.
7. Indepth industry & technical knowledge in paint&coatings, inks. Understand the trend of the market and align it to the business goals.
8. familiar with multinational accounts, such as Akzo Nobel, PPG, Lily Valspar, ShelWilliams, Jotun, Hempel and etc.
Qualification:
1. A Polymer chemistry, chemical engineering or related degree are preferred
2.
- At least 5 years extensive sales experience in Paint & Coating/Ink,
- sales experiences with Adhesives
- Composites or Tech. Service experience with Paint/Coating/Ink would be a plus
3. Value Selling concept, good listening and negotiation skills, very active and eager to buildup different relationships with different styles of people.
